LumaFusion with Dropbox Replay Beta Now Available; LumaFusion Users with Dropbox Accounts Can Now Collaborate with Real-Time Comments, Feedback from Within the LumaFusion Timeline

LumaTouch announced it has partnered with Dropbox to integrate Dropbox Replay (http://dropbox.com/replay), a new video collaboration tool that makes it easier to consolidate comments, take action on feedback, and finalize video projects, all in one place. With this new integration, LumaFusion editors with a Dropbox account will be able to collaborate using Dropbox Replay directly within the LumaFusion timeline.

The Dropbox Replay integration with LumaFusion is available today in version 3.0.8 of LumaFusion. Learn more about the integration here.

“We are excited to integrate Dropbox Replay into the LumaFusion editing app to help creatives give and receive feedback more seamlessly. By bringing Dropbox Replay into the LumaFusion editor, creatives can speed up the review and delivery process, and keep comments in context, with the flexibility to edit on any device. We look forward to changing the way creatives get to final sign off.” — Andy Wilson, Director of New Product Solutions and Media.

LumaFusion with Dropbox Replay Integration: How it Works
With this integration, LumaFusion editors with a Dropbox Replay account will be able to collaborate with other creators directly inside of LumaFusion. The integration allows LumaFusion editors to view media with comments and annotations from Dropbox Replay and then reply directly. To effectively manage device storage, only media from Dropbox Replay used on the LumaFusion timeline will be transferred to the device. While editing, new comments can be added to the LumaFusion Timeline, and these comments will be viewable on Dropbox Replay, allowing collaborators to respond with real-time feedback.

The LumaTouch partnership with Dropbox signals the Company’s commitment to ensuring the most flexible, accessible, and collaborative experience possible for LumaFusion editors. Today with this new partnership, LumaTouch is effectively extending the collaborative experience for LumaFusion editors with the most feature-rich and widely adopted collaborative platforms on the market.
