Following months of hard work and testing, we’re pleased to announce LumaFusion 1.7 is now available to existing customers and new customers via the App Store.
This update marks a big achievement for Luma Touch and our mission to provide filmmakers with a fully-featured, accessible and enjoyable mobile editing suite to craft visual stories when and where they want.
STORYBLOCKS FOR LUMAFUSION
In collaboration with Storyblocks, we’ve created Storyblocks for LumaFusion, a custom media library filled with royalty-free videos, animated backgrounds, loops, sound-fx, and the much asked for additional music options. This integration further simplifies the process of searching for third-party media which has traditionally been a challenge for video producers on mobile platforms. LumaFusion customers will be able to access all the assets in the library through either a monthly or yearly in-app purchase of Storyblocks for LumaFusion.
The subscription pays for the artists who contribute to this ever-growing library of content, and we’re making it available at an amazingly low cost.
To allow customers to test it out before buying a subscription, we’ve included a selection of media from Storyblocks for LumaFusion that you can use in your projects for free. You can also preview any of the media from the library before deciding to purchase a subscription.
Customers must purchase the Storyblocks for LumaFusion subscription to use the integrated Storyblocks content. The Storyblocks for LumaFusion subscription provides access to this content within the LumaFusion app. If you have a Storyblocks subscription from their website, you can still manually import media that you’ve downloaded from the Storyblocks site.
LUMAFUSION NOW AVAILABLE IN TURKISH
We’re also very pleased to make LumaFusion more accessible to people around the world by adding Turkish to our growing list of languages the app supports. The initial translation was completed by Semih, a dedicated LumaFusion customer! Today LumaFusion supports English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, Russian, Chinese Simplified, and Turkish.
NEW EDITING FEATURES
We’ve added a number of features requested by customers including search and sort, multi-select media on the iPad, new cropping options, and much more.
